Contact your local post office with your tracking number. If your package seems lost, visit www.usps.com and start a missing mail search.
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate mailing address during checkout. We can only change addresses before the order is shipped. If a package is returned to us, we’ll contact you, and you’ll be responsible for reshipping costs.
Buyers outside the USA are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country. Isabelle’s Blessings is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Because our jewelry is handmade and made to order, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order details. Once reviewed, we will pay for the return and repair and return the repaired item to customer
Remember, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.
We do not accept returns. If a problem occurs with your order, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery for assistance.
