At Isabelle’s Blessings, every jewelry piece is handcrafted with care, intention, and personal attention to detail. Because each creation is made individually, we operate under a no refund and no return policy except in limited cases described below. Please read our policy carefully before making your purchase.
All sales made through Isabelle’s Blessings are final. We do not issue refunds once an order has been placed. This includes both standard and custom jewelry orders. Each piece is handmade to order and carefully inspected before shipping to ensure quality.
If you have concerns about your purchase, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery at [insert contact email] so that we can review your situation and assist you as best as possible.
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the handcrafted and personal nature of our jewelry.
If a problem arises with your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Returns are only accepted if an item arrives broken or damaged during shipping, as outlined in the “Broken Item Policy” below.
In the rare event that your jewelry arrives broken or damaged during shipping, Isabelle’s Blessings will take full responsibility for repair.
All orders are packed carefully in a Post Office box with bubble wrap to ensure safe arrival.
Shipping is determined by USPS via regular mail. If you prefer faster delivery, you can select from USPS online shipping upgrades at your own cost.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete mailing address at checkout. We can only update an address if the order has not yet shipped.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be notified and will be responsible for the reshipping cost.
If your order has not arrived by the expected date, contact your local post office and provide your tracking number for assistance. You may also start a Missing Mail Search on the USPS website at www.usps.com.
