Shipping Policy

At Isabelle’s Blessings, each jewelry piece is handmade with great care and attention to detail. Because every item is crafted to order, shipping times may vary slightly depending on the type of jewelry and location of delivery. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

1.1     Shipping Carrier and Methods

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) using regular mail by default.
If you would like faster delivery, you can select an upgraded USPS shipping option at checkout or contact us to arrange a preferred shipping method.

1.2    Delivery Time

  • Standard Orders: Typically ship within 5–7 business days after purchase.
  • Custom Orders: May take 2–3 weeks to process and create before shipping.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates provided by USPS and may vary depending on postal service conditions, holidays, or weather delays.

1.3    Packaging

Every order is packed securely in a Post Office box, wrapped carefully with bubble wrap to ensure safe delivery. Each package is inspected before shipping to reduce the risk of damage in transit.

1.4    Address Accuracy

It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of purchase.

  • We can only update your address if the order has not yet been shipped.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be notified and must pay the reshipping cost for the order to be sent again.

1.5    Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a USPS tracking number to monitor your delivery.
If your order has not arrived by the expected date:

  • Contact your local post office and provide your tracking number for an update.
  • If you believe your package is lost, you can start a Missing Mail Search at www.usps.com.

Please note that Isabelle’s Blessings is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they have been shipped via USPS.

1.6    International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States and selected international locations.

  • International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may apply in their country.
  • Isabelle’s Blessings is not responsible for customs delays or packages held by international authorities.

1.7    Package Dimensions and Cost

Shipping costs and package dimensions are determined directly by USPS rates at the time of purchase. The cost will depend on the destination, size, and weight of your order.

1.8    Damaged Packages

If your jewelry arrives broken or damaged during delivery, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
Isabelle’s Blessings will pay for the return shipping, repair the damaged item, and return it to you at no extra charge.
